, Inc has an immediate opening for a service-oriented and collaborative problem solver to work on our Technical Support team.
This position will be specifically focused on providing exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers.

You have prior customer-facing experience and enjoy solving problems through your work, your volunteer efforts or your hobbies You have a previous experience troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems or working in a technical support capacity You are adaptable and resilient and possess great written and verbal communication skills Whats in it for you:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
