Distinguished Security Engineer

Overview:
Lutron is seeking a Distinguished Security Engineer out of our Pennsylvania facility.
As an expert in evolving Cyber Security trends, you will set and drive the strategic technical roadmap for Lutron's Enterprise Cyber Security Team and aid in communicating the strategy to senior leadership.
Additionally, you will stay on top of changing regulations.
Responsibilities:
Set and maintain the cybersecurity strategic roadmap for Lutron, in partnership with external consultants and key partners Provide oversight and direction on the development of cybersecurity policies and drive adoption Develop and evaluate the enterprise security architecture of new technology solutions introduced Consult with senior leadership to understand our business strategy, ensuring alignment to business goals Stay abreast on industry best practices and relevant regulations Monitor changing cybersecurity and privacy regulations and trends and create strategies Maintain the cybersecurity risk register, develop plans for risk mitigation, and drive plans through company Champion instilling cybersecurity best practices throughout the Enterprise Technology Teams Stay on top of the threat landscape and drive enhancements that reduce the risk to the company Establish Cybersecurity practices to achieve and maintain SOC2 compliance, CMMC compliance, etc.
Qualifications:

years of experience working in cybersecurity related disciplines Extensive knowledge and implementation experience of standards established in the recent past, including NIST and international standards Extensive experience designing security controls environment that maps to industry frameworks Expert level understanding of perimeter security controls, endpoint controls, and cloud environment controls Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws Understanding of standards (SoC2, ISO27001, GDPR, CMMC, etc.
) Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Antifraud, or related technical discipline Minimum, cumulative GPA 3.
0 for all degrees earned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
